Namevents is a full service production company founded in February 2002. Our mission is to be an advocate for our clients in the event production arena while providing exemplary service and creative solutions so that the planning and the execution of the event can be enjoyable, cost effective and result in a superior product.


We are conversant in all arenas of production: premieres, festivals, product launches, fundraisers, award shows and weddings.  That said, our sweet spot is logistically challenging events either due to scale, venue, confidentiality requests or budgetary constraints.


We are a boutique firm by choice.  While we do not limit ourselves to one type of event, we do limit our overall calendar.  We undertake only those events that challenge, interest and stimulate us so that each receives our utmost attention.


Once we have committed to an event, we limit additional projects to ensure that our team has the time to focus on your needs. Unlike other large companies, you will always have access to McAdams as she keeps her finger on the pulse of all of Namevents undertakings.


We concentrate on what we do best – event production.  We scout venues; recommend and contract vendors; event layout, lighting, menu; book headline talent; produce concerts; diagram; permit and and uber-organize.  At the same time, we are flexible to meet your specific needs.  We can handle all aspects of your production or we can scale back and act as an extension of your brand in the specific arenas in which you need additional support.


Once we evaluate the aspects involved, we assemble the correct team to execute the event, whether these be from our in-house team, or partners or an outside resource.  We are happy to recommend and facilitate introductions to other niche providers. Or we can subcontract their services on your behalf and continue to executive produce the entire event in a seamless manner.


We have been in this industry for over twenty years and have forged invaluable relationships with LA’s top vendors.  Because all of our resources are not in-house, you don’t pay higher fees to compensate for our overhead. Instead, we have the luxury to hand select the proper team specific to your needs.
